White peach and citrus aromas with a hint of cashew nuts. The palate is tightly-wound with a fine texture with complexity added from extended time on lees. Neither too lean or too flabby, this Chardonnay has freshness and complexity!
Delightfully smooth this chardonnay would be well paired with shell fish, rissotto with spring vegetables, or a creamy mushroom pasta. It’s my favourite wine to go with an antipasto platter on a Sunday afternoon.
