Description

Aged in oak for 18 months, we are excited to release our signature Pinot Noir vintage.

The cool climate of the Mornington Peninsula brings out dark cherry and mocha aromas.  A ripe, rich and luscious palate with very fine-grained tannins.  The depth and structure comes from 18 months ageing in new French oak barrel.

This wine would be delightful with almost any dish – particularly we would suggest pairing with salmon, duck, roast chicken and definately a must with a cheese platter.
